The short version

Who we are

LiftVerify is run by Robien Marquez and Sheena Corwin. "We" and "us" in these terms mean the two of us.

Using LiftVerify

You need to be at least 13 to use LiftVerify. You can use it to film and check your squats. Keep your phone somewhere safe and steady while you lift.

Health and safety

LiftVerify doesn't diagnose injuries or tell you what's safe for your body. Talk to a doctor or physical therapist if you have an injury or health condition. You're responsible for how you train.

Accuracy

We work hard to measure your squats correctly, but lighting, camera angle, and clothing can affect results. Don't rely on LiftVerify alone for competition judging or medical decisions.

Your content

Your videos and squat results belong to you. Videos stay on your phone. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the rest.

Feedback

If you send us feedback, such as your answers to "Did we get this right?", notes, or ideas, we may use it to improve LiftVerify. You don't give up anything you own by sending it, and we don't owe you anything for using it.

Your account

Keep access to your email secure. You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend accounts that misuse the app or try to harm it or other people.

Changes to the app

We may add, change, or remove features as LiftVerify grows.

Limits

LiftVerify is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for injuries or losses that come from using it.

Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
